APPLICATION: The machine is used
for making syrup from crystal sugar. The inverted sugar syrup
is added at the time of mixing dough to improve the colour and
quality of biscuits.
DESIGN: A drum type mixing chamber with
a lid on top is made out of S.S.-304 with three legs made of M.S.
Pipe. A stirrer made of S.S. (directly coupled with vertically
mounted motor) is fitted on top. At the bottom a hand valve is
fitted for discharging syrup, whenever required. Two electrical
elements are also fitted at the bottom of mixing chamber with
thermostatic control air during mixing.
