This unit is placed between the conveyor after the final gauge roller unit and the cutting web. The very purpose of this unit is to relieve the stresses developed in the sheet during its thickness reduction, so that no distortion of the dough shape takes place while baking. Web is driven by two 165mm dia drums covered with slip proof friction grip tape and Speed is controlled by A.C. Variable frequency controller and digitally displayed at control panel. Manual web tracking and Manual web tensioning are provided.
