Proover:
With the
addition of a first proover easily convertable to fully automatic
lines, the first proover is designed for dough pieces and moves
upwards step by step matching the speed with which the pieces
leave the Cone Rounder. The cotton cup elevator is very stable,
and requires minimum floor space.
Operation:
The first proover automatically receives the
dough pieces from the Rounder, passes through an automatic Prep
loader for proper positioning in the proover, it gives uniform
proofing and discharge dough,pieces into the moulder.Dough pieces
turn over 6 times during cycle ensures consequent superior loaf
quality for transportion for each dough piece during proofing
cycle gives the dough even fermentation.
